This work systematically investigates the linguistic contacts between Tocharian A and B and Khotanese and Tumshuqese, focusing on loanwords. It proposes new etymologies, rejects old correspondences, and examines text passages for insights into neighboring languages. The analysis reveals a more extensive influence of Khotanese and Tumshuqese on Tocharian than previously believed.
