Das Manko, das Bossidy und Charan in Unternehmen identifiziert haben, ist aber die mangelnde F��higkeit, Vorhaben konsequent durchzuf��hren. Die gute Nachricht: Diese F��higkeit kann erlernt werden. Wie, das erl��utern die Autoren in einer sehr verst��ndlichen Sprache und anhand zahlreicher Beispiele. Ausf��hrlich zeigen sie, welche Managementqualit��ten f��r die Schaffung einer Unternehmenskultur des Handelns notwendig sind. Diese Ausf��hrlichkeit ist aber auch das Problem des Buches: Durch seine st��ndigen Wiederholungen wirkt es mitunter sehr langatmig. Zudem sind die Erkenntnisse nicht wirklich neu, und die Autoren verlieren sich h��ufig in oberfl��chlichen Betrachtungen.
