Focusing on ethics in mental health care, this thesis explores the management of shelter homes and hospitals for those with mental illnesses and substance abuse issues. It addresses critical topics like gender concerns and societal evils while introducing a new counseling therapy called Hypnotic Behavior Seeding and Observation (HBSO). The work emphasizes the importance of traditional Indian meditation and cultural values, advocating for a global appreciation of diverse national heritages. Ultimately, it aims to promote humanitarian principles for a more harmonious world.
