Focusing on ultrasonic machining of titanium alloys, this study investigates the effects of various tool materials on material removal rate (MRR) and tool wear rate (TWR). Utilizing commercially pure titanium and a titanium alloy, the research examines six different tool materials, including stainless steel and diamond. The findings reveal a significant influence of input parameters on the output characteristics, highlighting the implications for applications in the manufacturing industry.
