Der Fahrsimulator stellt ein entscheidendes Entwicklungswerkzeug dar, um in frühen Phasen des Entwicklungsprozesses Kenntnisse über das System- und das Fahrzeugverhalten zu gewinnen. Mithilfe der Subjektivbewertung im virtuellen Fahrversuch testet Minh-Tri Nguyen einzelne Systeme und bewertet sie auf Gesamtfahrzeugebene. Der Autor realisiert Versuche der menschlichen Wahrnehmung im Fahrsimulator. Darauf aufbauend erarbeitet er eine Herangehensweise zur Verbesserung des Fahrkomforts. Konkret handelt es sich hierbei um die gekoppelte Gier- und Wankbewegung des Fahrzeugs, die bei höheren Geschwindigkeiten durch Straßenunebenheiten hervorgerufen wird. Der Autor: Minh-Tri Nguyen arbeitet derzeit als Systemingenieur im Bereich des autonomen Fahrens bei einem deutschen Automobilzulieferer. Er hat am Institut für Verbrennungsmotoren und Kraftfahrwesen (IVK) der Universität Stuttgart promoviert.

Obnoviteľné zdroje energie prispievajú k posilneniu a diverzifikácii štruktúry priemyslu a poľnohospodárstva, podporujú inovácie a rozvoj informačných technológií, otvárajú priestor pre nové smerovania a sú jedným z pilierov budovania znalostnej ekonomiky. Cieľom autorov publikácie METODIKA NA ZABEZPEČENIE OSVETLENIA ZARIADENIA STAVENISKA z obnoviteľných zdrojov energie, je vytvorenie vzorovej metodiky pre jej použitie v štádiu prípravy a realizácie stavebných objektov. Táto navrhovaná metodika môže byť aplikovaná na rôzne stavebné objekty pri použití premenných a úpravy kritérií výberu. Každá stavba má svoj jedinečný charakter, individuálne podmienky výstavby. Aplikácia navrhovanej metodiky je možná po zapracovaní všetkých špecifických kritérií výberu vyplývajúcich z charakteru výstavby danej stavby, čo môže viesť v konečnom dôsledku k získaniu vyššieho hodnotenia zeleného certifikátu (BREAM, LEEDS). V práci je spracovaná analýza súčasného stavu využívania obnoviteľných zdrojov energie na Slovensku, ale aj vo vybraných krajinách v zahraničí. Prezentované sú ciele členských štátov Európskej únie vo využívaní OZE. Je navrhnutá metodika implementácie vybraného OZE, veterných turbín na zariadenie staveniska. Po stanovení kritérií, okrajových podmienok a následne vykonaní meraní, bola navrhovaná metodika verifikovaná na konkrétnom polyfunkčnom bytovom objekte spolu s technologickým a ekonomickým vyhodnotením. Publikácia je určená hlavne ako pomocná metodika a môže byť podkladom pre projektantov pri návrhu zariadenia staveniska v čase jeho projektovej prípravy a realizácie. Taktiež môže byť zdrojom dôležitých informácií študentom Stavebných fakúlt, odborných stavebných škôl, aj všetkým pracovníkom v oblasti stavebníctva z radov podnikateľskej verejnosti a hospodárskej praxe pri dosahovaní vyššieho podielu využívania OZE.
