Après avoir abandonné l'université, il a occupé divers postes dans le secteur bancaire, les services publics et l'industrie pétrolière, sans aucune responsabilité ni pouvoir de décision. Toujours destiné à être un demiurge, il invente des personnages et raconte des histoires depuis l'âge de cinq ans, ce qu'il souhaite faire pour le reste de sa vie.
