This book contains the abstracts of talks and posters presented on the 2nd International Congress of Respiratory Science (ICRS 2009) in Bad Honnef, Germany. The multidisciplinary concept of the ICRS comprises a broad spectrum of contributions from various fields such as zoology, botany, microbiology and medicine.
