Skripta jsou doprovodným materiálem pro přednášky z předmětu Physics I. Obsahují úvodní partii, včetně pravidel pro počítání s vektory, systém jednotek SI, mechaniku hmotného bodu (kinematiku i dynamiku), hydromechaniku, nauku o teple, 1. a 2. zákon termodynamiky, vlnění, zvuk, akustiku, el. pole a jeho popis, kondenzátor.
Návody k vybraným úlohám, které studenti měří v předmětech Fyzika I a Fyzika II. Úlohy jsou doplněny teorií chyb, řadou obecných metod měření a moderními metodami zpracování dat.
Skripta obsahují celkem 260 neřešených příkladů týkajících se přednášené látky z předmětů Physics I a Physics II. Studenti si tak mohou ověřit hloubku svých teoretických znalostí z přednášek a schopnost aplikovat je na konkrétní případy. S podobnými zadáními se pak setkávají u písemné části zkoušky. Skripta jsou doplněna některými užitečnými matematickými vztahy používanými při jejich řešení.
The content of Physics II publication is related to the new syllabus of Physics II as it is taught at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague, from the academic year 2017/2018. It is linked-up to Physics I manuscript, and continues with description of majior laws and principles of classical physics. Brief insight into modern physics starts with the special theory of relativity, wave-particle dualism, uncertainty relations, Bohr model of hydrogen atom and Schrodinger equation together with some of its applications. The text is closed by the nuclear physics.
