Die verschiedenen Techniken werden so genau beschrieben, dass sie direkt nachvollziehbar sind. Dabei legt der Autor sehr viel Wert auf Sicherheit. Die lockere Schreibweise ohne spektakuläre Häufung von Fachbegriffen oder Fremdwörtern bringt viel Spaß beim Lesen. Das Buch ist für den blutigen Anfänger genauso geeignet wie für Fortgeschrittene. Insbesondere die Vertreter der „modernen“ Hypnose oder „Hypnose nach Erickson“ können hier die Unterschiede in der Technik, Geschwindigkeit und Effizienz kennenlernen. Die vorliegende zweite Auflage wurde inhaltlich erweitert und ist nun als Hardcoverausgabe verfügbar.
