Die Studienarbeit untersucht die Akzeptanz und Commitment-Therapie (ACT) und deren Wirksamkeit bei verschiedenen Störungsbildern. Der Autor analysiert zentrale Aspekte dieser Therapieform und stützt sich auf eine umfassende Literaturrecherche, insbesondere auf die Arbeiten von Steven C. Hayes, dem Begründer der ACT. Zudem wird die Entwicklung der Relational Frame Theory (RFT) in den frühen 80er Jahren beleuchtet. Welches Geschlecht neigt eher dazu, negative Emotionen mit Essen zu kompensieren?
Die Studie untersucht geschlechtsspezifische Unterschiede im emotionsbedingten Essverhalten, insbesondere die Tendenz von Frauen, negative Emotionen durch Essen zu kompensieren. Durch eine detaillierte Analyse wird aufgezeigt, ob und inwiefern sich Männer und Frauen in ihrem Essverhalten unterscheiden, wenn sie mit emotionalen Herausforderungen konfrontiert sind. Die Ergebnisse könnten wichtige Implikationen für die psychologische Ernährungstherapie und Geschlechterforschung haben.
Projektarbeit aus dem Jahr 2012 im Fachbereich Psychologie - Allgemeine Psychologie, Note: 1,1, Hochschule für Gesundheit und Sport, Berlin, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit der Erstellung und Validierung eines psychologischen Fragebogens, nach den Kriterien der klassischen Testtheorie. Der im Verlaufe des Projektes erstellte Fragebogen misst, ob ein Probanden beim Bewerten von Sachverhalten zum Bagatellisieren neigen und dadurch Gefahr laufen, Situationen zu unterschätzen. Um den Kriterien der klassischen Testtheorie gerecht zu werden, wurden die Hauptgütekriterien: Objektivität, Reliabilität und Validität berechnet. Die sehr guten Ergebnisse sprechen für ein äußerst valides und reliables Messinstrument.

Učebnice Passt schon! nabízí moderní, atraktivní témata a vede studenty ke komunikaci v každodenních situacích.
