This book will be of great value to those who have not had the opportunity to pursue the B.O.T.A. [Builders of the Adytum] lesson coursework through the ‘Great Work’ course but would like to study Alchemy from one of the greatest leaders of the Golden Dawn in the 20th century; those who have already progressed to Paul Case’s ‘Great Work’ course will find this current volume of interest in tracing the evolution of his thought and assisting them in understanding some of the more cryptic passages. Here, for the first time in over 75 years are Paul Foster Case’s advanced aspects of the Alchemical Process, the Twelve Stages of the Great Work, and practical instruction publicly available to students of the Golden Dawn Tradition. —From the Introduction.
This is a thorough presentatio of the Rosicrucian system of Initiation by Dr. Paul Foster Case. He explains that Rosicrucianism is based upon earthly organizations, but on personal unflodment, and clearly describes the distinctive marks of a Rosicrucian. The treatise is divided into two main parts by Dr. Case. The first is a careful examination and interpretation of the principle Rosicrucian maneifestos, the Fama Fraternitatis and the Confessio Fraternitatis. The second part is an explanation of the Rosicrucian Grade system, as applied to the diagram of the Tree of Life and Tarot attributions. By participating in the outlined procedures, aspirants are put on the right track of preparing themselves for union with the Higher Self, which may or may not include group work with an outer order or fraternity. The first editions of 1927, 1928 and 1933 were of limited publication. THe fourth and most complete expansion of the text by Paul Case ws finished in 1937, revised by him in 1953 just before his death , and published in hardcover by Weiser in 1985. It represents the full maturity of his thought on this subject.

It is with great excitement that we introduce the second volume of the ‘Golden Dawn Tarot Series’, a collection of distinguished books on Tarot written by leaders of the Golden Dawn Tradition. The second book of this series, ‘Tarot Revelations’, contains Paul Foster Case’s most advanced teachings on the Tarot. In this text, the student is shown how to form occult relationships between the various letters of the esoteric alphabet revealed in Book T. This book, and its companion, ‘Wisdom of Tarot’, were originally distributed as ‘Tarot Instruction, Section First’ and ‘Tarot Instruction, Section Second’. These texts followed Sections A, B, C, and D and came before the ‘Hermetic Science and Practice’ course in the original ‘School of Ageless Wisdom’ course curriculum. Sections A, B, C, and D were recently published as ‘The Early Writings, Volume 1 and 2’ by the Fraternity of the Hidden Light; ‘Hermetic Science and Practice’ was recently published by the Rosicrucian Order of the Golden Dawn as the second volume in the ‘The Golden Dawn Alchemy’ series. With the publication of these texts, the entire course curriculum of Paul Foster Case, as distributed by the School of Ageless Wisdom, is now available to stu-dents of the Golden Dawn Tradition.
