En savoir plus sur le livre

Being a parent is a roller coaster of ups and downs, filled with both joys and frustrations. Having experienced the challenges of parenting during my children's early years, I wanted to support others facing similar struggles. With a background as a registered nurse and midwife, I personally dealt with postnatal depression, which inspired me to train as a mental health nurse, child health nurse, and lactation consultant. For 17 years, I have worked in an early parenting residential center, helping parents tackle complex baby and toddler care issues. I recognize that the families who seek help are just a fraction of those in need; many parents are searching for solutions to feeding and sleeping problems. About a decade ago, I launched an online consultation service, BabycareAdvice.com, which has allowed me to assist parents worldwide in finding effective solutions tailored to their situations. My success stems from my expertise in resolving behavioral issues, the most common challenges for healthy babies and toddlers. To reach more parents, I published "Your Sleepless Baby: The Rescue Guide" in 2012, the first in a series of baby care books. Now, after 37 years in nursing, I enjoy life on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland with my husband and dog, cherishing the time spent with our children and grandchildren.
