The Path Beyond Sorrow,is a collection of lectures by Swami Chidananda,a close disciple of Swami Sivananda.He was specially deputed to West by Swami Sivananda to clear many misconceptions about YOGA and also to enlighten the seekers.YOGA is generally misconstrued as a kind of exercise assuming certain physical postures.
