This book shows pictures with captions of occupying German soldiers in Rogaland, Norway, 1940 to 1945. Some show airborne forces landing in Sola and the construction of German defenses around the airport and along the coast. Finally, there are 1945 pictures of funerals of several young people from Jæren who were executed by the Germans because they planned to escape to England. Most of the photographs are from the German Bundesarchiv in Koblenz, Germany.
