En savoir plus sur le livre

The Shadow of the Seventh Moon is a novel set in Britain during the early Middle Ages, a time when the Saxons fought against the Celts and among themselves, while Christians sought to suppress non-Christians. Against this backdrop, the legends of the Dwarves unfold. Once, the Dwarves populated the land and became renowned as wise and valiant warriors. Then came man with his new god, and for Odin, it was time to reap the souls of the Firstborn in battle. Thus, the Dwarves fell to the weapons of their enemies and bore no more children. Now, only Garroc, the storyteller, survives from that ancient people. Burdened by the weight of three lives and the need to preserve the memory of the Firstborn, he recounts the great legend to a human woman. The Dwarves have vanished, but at least one woman remembers Garroc's magical song... the epic battles of seven long moons, when the land was ruled by warriors and great leaders, impossible challenges, spells, and magic.
