This qualitative study explores the challenges faced by Muslim students in U.S. education post-9/11, emphasizing the role of educational leaders. Through interviews with three leaders, three key themes emerged: the need for cultural fluency, advocacy for social justice, and the importance of cultural responsiveness, all fostering inclusivity and support for Muslim students.
